11:15 - 11:45 Morning 3v3

11:45-12:00 Conditioning

12:00-1:00 Lunch

1:00 - 1:10 Afternoon Talk

1:10-2:00 Shooting Workout/Games

2:00-2:50 Live 2v2/3v3

2:50-3:00 Group Stretch
